Home inspections involve a visual examination of the home’s structure and systems. Inspections include a detailed report of defects and problems, along with photos to document issues. 

Whether you are buying or selling a home, a home inspection gives you a detailed picture of the home’s condition and documents any defects for flaws. Inspections allow buyers  and sellers to make informed decisions about the home before any contracts or agreements are finalized. The inspection may affect the price of the home. 

You are welcome to attend the inspection in its entirety or at the
end for a walk through to view the condition of the structure.

If you cannot attend, we are happy to review the report over the phone so you gain a full understanding of the structural conditions. We can also do a video chat and walk you around the property at the time of inspection.

There is no ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ in a home inspection. No house, new or old is completely perfect and some problems can be expected. If the inspector finds major or minor problems, this information will aid you in your decision about buying the house, and the seller may negotiate repairs or adjust the purchase price. Finding out what is wrong and what is right with your prospective new home lets you make a more informed buying decision.
